Letter to Residents

Belong. Engage. Connect

Dear Residents,

The Office of Residence Life is looking forward to welcoming residents back to campus housing for the Spring semester and continuing to partner with students to make their experience in the residence halls safe and engaging.

Welcome Back babyÖ±²¥app Flyers

One of the most exciting and memorable aspects of the babyÖ±²¥app experience is the opportunity to live within the residence halls. Many studies indicate that students who reside on a college campus, on average, earn higher grades, are more likely to continue in college, and are more likely to graduate within four years. Living on campus places you at the heart of the babyÖ±²¥app Community, giving you the opportunity to take an active role in both academic and co-curricular activities. Our students will attest that making the decision to live in the residence halls was the right choice; they feel they have become part of a community, and see friendships being made that will last a lifetime.

Our goal within Residence Life is to support the Lasallian Mission of the University, we create living communities that celebrate diversity, foster respect, and facilitate leadership development, while providing a wide variety of experiences and activities.  Living on campus allows you to interact with people who come from various backgrounds, whose experiences, values and priorities may be different than your own. Our residence halls at babyÖ±²¥app University create a supportive environment where there is an appreciation of individual differences and a respect for individual rights. We are proud of our diversity at babyÖ±²¥app and we hope you take advantage of it as well!

Here in the Office of Residence Life, we aim to enhance your educational experience.  We strive to create a safe, interactive living and learning environment developed through building a sense of community while promoting an atmosphere that emphasizes diversity, leadership, and opportunities.  Each residence hall provides a unique living experience with Residence Life Staff presenting various programs and activities throughout the semester all while nurturing the unique needs of each individual student.
